A-1 Roofing's main concern with Single Ply roofing is setting up a maintenance schedule with the Owner. What often happens is that roofs get neglected. They are out of site and out of mind. We know that being progressive with roof maintenance is what saves the owner/manager the largest amount of headache and money. A-1 offers semi annual maintenance contracts. Along with small fixes, the owner will also get updates twice a year about the condition of their roof. The main goal with a maintenance schedule is to not let your roof take on water. We want to keep your underlayment dry. When it comes time to replace or Restore your roof with silicone our customer will be able to make an informed decision on what they would like to do!!
